Enrollment Procedure

Willow Nursery School is currently enrolling for the 2023-2024 school year!

Our school is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-1:00 pm.

 

Tuition for Infant Care is $1,100.00/month for Monday-Friday care. Part-time care is not available for Infants, as they do best with consistent caregiving routines. 

 

Interested in Willow Nursery School? Great! Here are the steps for enrollment at our school:

1. Call or email to schedule a tour. We are glad to show you around the school, share our philosophy and answer any questions you may have at this time. We do not give out applications until a tour has been attended.

2. Apply. If you feel Willow Nursery School is a good fit for your family, fill out the application and return it as soon as possible. Being located in-home, space is limited. In the event there is no space for the time you wish to enroll your child, you may be added to our waitlist. When offering a space to someone on the waitlist, we must look at the program needs to make our decision so we have a balanced group of children.

3.  Enroll. Once you have been accepted you will be sent the enrollment form, Parent Handbook and other forms required by Licensing. It is extremely important that the Parent Handbook be read in its entirety. Policies and procedures are explained in detail, and they must be abided by once enrolled. A non-refundable materials fee of $150.00 and an enrollment fee equal to half a month's tuition are due at the time of enrollment to secure your space. The enrollment fee is non-refundable, but later goes towards your child's last two weeks at Willow Nursery School. More information is available in the Parent Handbook.
